Wow once i hit the wonder years i too want to be in shape like that. Long Distance is grueling. i have always been a short distance runner in a longdistance runners body. Hay,very impressive Heres a pic of me leaving everyone on the turn for the 200mdash! Saucy ps. they dont make shorts like they used too lol i never notice how hard those guys were trying to keep up with my peter pan arse 'till now look at 'em and uh yeah im the big black guy with spec's in front

Thx all for the reply's ,i want to try next year to run the Antwerp marathon, thats why am training long distance.i lost 14 kg fat, from 88 kg to 74 ... when i start to run about 2 years ago i run max 2 km and i was chaking like an old man off 80 lol , never could believe i could run 24 km ,now my goal is run the marathon.....yeah i know i getting a little fanatic about the running ,strange thing is ,i dont like running at all when i started ,i started to loose some fat,now i become i real fanatic runner who want to go for marathon....strange world

no that was a one time thing,lol if you can look at my legs im built like a grasshopper....i ran b/c my coach needed a leg and i already won my long jump event, i might run for this breast cancer thing in LA b/c my tenant is ;D i do run the occasional mile or 2 mile iono how many km that is but i do that with training weight like ankle weights or a vest

24Km, I like nearly died running a block around the house (1km or such). Then again I smoke and I'm astmatic. Now you could say I'm not very smart, but I really am. I'm just a fool. But I'm gonna try and get my condition back to a normal level, cause this sorta sucks. Back when I played football I could easily sprint around a football field, but that was 4 years ago. @supernoob, wow you really are a big black guy . You have a sexy pose on the photo btw.
