I do not live in the U.S., but I prefer Obama because it apparently is better for us, the Mexicans

Caught this coming across a commercial on CNN. This is why I hate the media. Each news organization picks their favorite and does everything to back their candidate.......including "Subliminal Messages" such as this one. Showing Obama with a healthy lead on a commercial is just wrong at 1 p.m. when polls are still open for 6 more hours. doc

Yes your right doc this is what I was talking about. Division is because of things other that ourselves. If it was left up to the people of this country and not that kind of influence things would be very different in the end result.

It was like a 1/4 second flash on the screen during the commercial for their election coverage and I happened to catch it. I re-winded and paused it to snap that pic.

I think for alot of people it was as simple as this, Obama came accross like a very inteligent, well spoken, honest, good guy. McCain came accross like a friggin idiot. He wasent even president and already he has quiet a number of 'Bushisms' in his bag. He was 72 for christ sakes. On top of his stupidity Palin didnt know Africa was a continent, she thought it was a country. If they had gotten in, it would have been Bush all over again.

well said, bob, i totally agree. I support obama, and I can honestly tell u all that i have never been so proud to be american as the day i saw our first black president. It is a HUGE step toward peace for us all, including americans. It will help rid our nation of the lingering racism of 200 years ago.

I think you have just hit, the nail on the head there Jester. I have been following this Election for a few months and Obama comes across as a very peaceful and intellectual person who is fighting for change. I was really glad He won .

Same here in germany. Im very Happy obama won this election. First time in my life i was sitting all night long in front of my tv/pc, watching cnn/cnnonline, to get news about the states election.Im even never had been that intersted in german election like i was in this election of the United States of America. Never was so excited about an election. In my opinion obama`s election to president is so important for all ppl over the world. Change is what america needs for sure. I love the states because of a lot of things(sports, music, movies, kind of "everything is possible") but this conservative view of so many older ppl just .... ! We are not in the 50`s or 60`s , today is 2008. We dont wanna have any worldwars especially not of oil, land or somehtin else. We should take care about our world , that our children can live in peace and get children, too. Obama give me a hope our world could change to a more peaceful one, where war is not the first solution and terrorists attacks are not daily in the newspaper. This election is may be the first step to become a world like this. I HOPE!
P.S. sry about my english- i tried my best:=)
